Our forging workshop has been producing hot forged parts for standard hydraulic fittings since we established in 2002 year, with wonderful experience of hot forging technology, we develop special shape forged body for hydraulic pipe connector, hydraulic pipe welding flanges, oil block, pipe clamp, blank etc, mainly used in construction machinery, agriculture machinery, truck etc.

We pay attention to hot forging technology, in order to save the material and CNC machining, improving our hydraulic parts function withstand high pressure situation. Here is one application, at the beginning, we developed OEM hydraulic fittings Cross with welding one end connection flange for Doosan construction machinery, this cross will withstand high pressure and vibration, welding area will be not stable and be difficult to control the quality, so we use our forging technology to make it successful as one forged body.
